oh, i forgot to follow up on this. i had to dump some of the liquid mixture (i think i did some bad math while doubling the recipe), and i baked uncovered. it turned out very tasty in the end, so hoorah

Yeah, I mostly added the “pair it with something light” because I didn’t and it was almost TOO INTENSE. XD
