		<description>I made this tonight for the first time, following all of your suggestions.  My husband loved it so much he insisted that I leave a reply thanking you and Gloria for the recipe!  He was so upset I only made four pieces of fish and he couldn&#039;t have more of it.  So... thank you for a wonderful recipe!  I&#039;ve added it to my little book of favorites, and I&#039;m sure I&#039;ll be making it again soon.</description>

I just fried up a piece in Olive Oil and put some seasoning salt on.

IT WAS EXCELLENT.  Will continue to buy.
